Mescalero, NM – Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino presents the 2008 Women’s New Mexico Open Sunday, August 3 – Tuesday, August 5.  The event is open to golf professionals and amateurs.  The deadline to register is July 25, 2008.  The fees for the tournament are as follows: professional $200, amateur $150 and Pro-Am is $75 per player.

“We are very excited to host the Women’s New Mexico Open at our championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson. This is the first time the event has ever been held at the Resort, and we anticipate a larger field due to the change in venue and date. We are excited about having packaged our championship course as a competitors’ venue for women and seniors, in addition to the annual New Mexico Open which is slated for September 3 – 7,” said Daniel Nunez, Director of Golf.
