Mescalero, New Mexico - Join Ski Apache on Saturday, November 10, 2007 for Ski Apache’s Avalanche Extreme, a fun-filled family event at the Spencer Theatre in Alto, New Mexico.
See acclaimed filmmaker, entrepreneur, and author Warren Miller’s latest film “Playground”, the largest action sports film on the planet. Enjoy a “Taste of Ruidoso” with food from local restaurants. There will also be music by Mescalero Drum Groups, face painting, raffle tickets for a complete ski package and much more. All proceeds benefit the Ski Apache Disabled Skiers Program and the Spencer Theatre.
“This will help Ski Apache continue our outreach and advocacy program to offer one-on-one ski and snowboard instruction to individuals with disabilities,” said Justin Rowland, Director of Operations at Ski Apache.
