Mescalero, New Mexico – The season of giving is rapidly approaching and Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino is once again getting ready to do their part! Beginning October 1, earn 5 points on your Apache Spirit Club card, then bring your donation to the club booth Sunday through Thursday and you’ll receive your five dollar voucher for casino cash. The drive ends November 21.

“Due to the overwhelming response from our guests last year, we’re pleased to bring back Coins for Cans,” said Director of Marketing Gene Stachowski.  “We know we made a huge impact last year, and this year we hope to expand the donations to even more food banks throughout our neighboring communities.”   

Inn of the Mountain Gods hopes to fill nearby community food pantries so that everyone can have a joyous and bountiful holiday season. So, the more you bring, the better! This year the offer is good at Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino and Casino Apache Travel Center. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and be a member of The Apache Spirit Club. Only non-perishable food items with current expiration dates will be accepted. No toy donations will be accepted and $5 casino vouchers are limited to one per person, per day.
