Mescalero, NM – May 13, 2025 – The excitement was undeniable at the 2025 IMG Carp Fishing Tournament held at the beautiful Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino. Carl from Nogal, NM, showcased incredible skill and determination by reeling in the tagged Genghis Carp, earning him a whopping $50,000 prize.
The tournament, hosted at the picturesque Apache Eagle Boat House, saw enthusiastic participation from both team members and the public. The event kicked off on May 12th with team members and their guests enjoying a day of fishing, delicious food, and camaraderie. The following day, the tournament opened to the public, drawing in fishing enthusiasts from all over.
