Casino Apache Iron Run Motorcycle Rally
VENDOR AGREEMENT
This Casino Apache Iron Run Motorcycle Rally Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Vendor ("Vendor") for participation in the Casino Apache Iron Run Motorcycle Rally at the Casino Apache Travel Center, 25845 Us-Hwy 70, Mescalero, NM 88340 on September 18, 19, 20, 2026.
Booth Space and Fees
- Booth Fee: $200 per space (non-refundable)
- Payment Method: Online payment.
- Booth Size: 10 x 10 feet: Larger size booths can be purchased depending on availability.
- Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, and display materials. Power and lights will be provided. Internet/ WIFI will not be provided. Vendors will all be located in Large 100 x 200 Ft secured Pole Tent, with sidewalls and the ability to be locked over night with 24/7 security on Property.
- Booths must be staffed at all times during event hours.
- Purchased Vendor Booths will come with up to (4) wrist bands for the (3) day event. Additional wrist bands will need to be purchased.
Set-Up and Breakdown
- Set-up begins at:10:00am on Thursday September 17, 2026
- Vendors must be set up and ready by: 9:00 am on Friday September 18, 2026.
- Breakdown will be Sunday September 20, 2026 at 6:00pm.
Permits and Taxes
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and tax documents for the sale of their products and for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Prohibited Items
No illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or any items deemed inappropriate by Host are allowed. Host reserves the right to ask Vendor to remove any items that violate this policy.
Conduct
Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner. Host reserves the right to remove any Vendor who causes disruption or fails to follow rules.
Cancellation
Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Booth fees are non-refundable. Host reserves the right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case fees may be refunded at Host’s discretion.
Liability Waiver
Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino Enterprise, its owners, management, employees, affiliates, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries, including attorney’s fees, arising out of Vendor's participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, damage to property, personal injury, or acts of God. If Damage occurs to Casino Apache or booth space vendors will be held liable for full repair and/ or replacement of damaged property.
Insurance
Vendor is responsible for their own insurance coverage. Host does not provide insurance for Vendor’s property or liability.
