(Oct. 20, 2022) – Inn of the Mountain Gods welcomed Chef Paul Wahlberg to Mescalero last week after a successful first summer of operations at Wahlburgers at The Market at the Mountain, the latest addition to the resort that boasts an impressive lineup of award-winning amenities and dining options.
During his visit Chef Paul participated in a full day of activities at the property including conducting a meet and greet with the internal Wahlburgers staff, a Q&A with media and local culinary students, as well as experiencing several of the resort’s amenities including making traditional Apache fry bread at Warshield Tacos and taking a ride on the Apache Eagle Zipline.
The Wahlburgers restaurant chain was founded by brothers Mark, Donnie and Chef Paul Wahlberg. Known for its unique menu items inspired by the Wahlberg family kitchen, this coveted burger joint offers the brand’s most popular items including the brothers’ favorite burgers, Jenn’s Chicken Sandwich, fresh entree salads and house made chili. The Mescalero location is the first Wahlburgers in New Mexico.
